Hi, I’m Bryan Suarez—a Real Estate Agent with Anvil Real Estate, proud husband and father, and someone who genuinely loves helping people navigate one of life’s biggest milestones: buying or selling a home.
My journey in real estate began long before I earned my B.S. in Business Marketing from the University of Nevada. Growing up, I worked alongside my dad in his flooring business and saw firsthand the joy people felt when stepping into a space they could finally call their own. That early experience sparked a lifelong passion to be part of that moment for others.
Real estate isn’t just a job for me—it’s personal. Every client has a unique story, and I’m honored to be invited into their world during such a pivotal chapter. Whether it’s matching buyers with the perfect home, guiding sellers through a seamless sale, or connecting clients with trusted vendors for updates and repairs, I’m committed to being present, communicative, and dependable—long after the keys are handed over and the champagne is popped.

When I’m not working, you’ll probably find me on the baseball field with my son, out on the golf course, or cheering on the Trojans, Chargers, or Angels. My family is my greatest motivation, and I strive every day to show my kids the value of hard work, service, and integrity.
